Now that you have your team of astronauts, your space suit, your space ship, and any other space gear you can imagine you now need your assignment.
Your first task will to draw all the planets. Since I have not been there myself make sure to color them the same way you saw them. Do this for all eight of the planets, and put them in order from the one closest to the Sun to the farthest. While you are doing this remember to include a picture of the Sun, Earth's moon, stars, comet, and two different moons from another planet!
This is an example of what your project should somewhat look like

Now, that you have done all that you need to tell me some basic information on each of the planets; such as...
1) The name of every planet and what is there relation to the Sun
2) Tell me the size and weight of each planet
3) Find out if it has any moons, if so how many?
4) What is the temperature on each of the planets?
5) How long does it take for the planet to orbit around the Sun?
6) Also give at least one interesting fact that you found about your planet.

After you finish that you will have to do a similar thing, but only with the other things you found in outer space (Sun, Earth's moon, comet, and one of the other moons you found from another planet), answer the questions below to make sure you have an understanding of other things that are happening in our galaxy.
1) What are there sizes?
2) Where can they be found?
3) Name an interesting fact about them.
Last but not least each Space Team will be assigned a planet to research more in depth, with this you will have to write a two page paper on what you found out about your planet. For example, explain are there things living there? What is its surface made out of? Any facts that you find interesting that you would want to share with your fellow Space teams. As a group you will have to present the information you have learned by staying on your planet. Be sure to be clear, but most of all have fun learning!
